Tests for Selection & Training (TST)
 

The Tests for Selection and Training (TST) system is an independent validated normative test and is relevant to selection, training and development of people at all work levels.  TST forms include 5 tests-battery and take a maximum of 5 minutes to complete each test.

TST assesses trainability in:

Reasoning
Number speed and accuracy
Working memory
Spatial visualisation
 

Response to training
Fluid intelligence
Ability to learn
